Work Schedule:

Full-time employment, operating Monday to Friday with a two-shift rotation on a weekly basis.

Week 1: 06:00 AM to 15:00 PM 

Week 2: 15:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Midnight) 

Weekend Commitment: Required twice a month, with availability on either Saturday or Sunday. 

Hourly Wage: 

€13.47 Gross, excluding Evening and Weekend Shift Allowances.

Daily Responsibilities:

1. Product Repackaging: Repack team members unpack and reassemble items according to specific criteria, which may include labeling, categorizing, and arranging products into new packaging.

2. Quality Assurance: Ensuring all repackaged items meet quality standards by thoroughly examining them for damages or irregularities.
   
   
3. Inventory Management: Managing repackaged goods and maintaining accurate inventory records by recording inbound and outbound items, updating databases, and conducting routine audits.
   
   
4. Process Improvement: Identifying ways to streamline the repackaging process for increased efficiency and productivity, such as refining workflows and organizing workstations.
   
   
5. Teamwork: Collaborating closely with colleagues, including warehouse personnel and supervisors, to synchronize repackaging activities and ensure smooth operations.
   
   
6. Health and Safety Compliance: Following safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment, including handling products with care and using appropriate protective gear.
   
   
7. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to repackaging activities, ensuring traceability and accountability throughout the process.

Wie ben je?

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

• Experience/certification with Electric Pallet Trucks (EPT) and Stackers preferred but not necessary.
• Warehouse experience preferred. 
• Proficient in organizational skills, time management, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. 
• Strong communication skills in English essential. 
• Attention to detail, adaptability, and commitment to accuracy is necessary. 
• Weekend availability.
• Willingness to undergo training for Material Handling Equipment (MHE) required. 
• Physical stamina is vital; this role involves standing for a long time, lifting, and repetitive tasks.
